Friday, 13 January 2017. We woke up to snow, but not much. Cold snaps are not what they once were. The Blackbirds in the garden seemed grateful for the extra apples I chucked out. A cold northerly wind after the snow turned to sleet and then stopped altogether. A couple of short walks produced the only year tick in the form of a Sparrowhawk. Most of the day was spent indoors, so the garden and its surrounds had to be relied upon to keep me interested. Thursday, 12 January 2017.

Journal of Praises and Prayer Requests. Bike Accidents and Most Recent Attacks. Unfortunately it been so long since I have last written that there is simply too much to share in one update! So expect another one with more recent stories of the last weeks soon. Three things happened since which have helped encourage make me more hopeful at the start of the New Year.
